My decision to pursue real estate stemmed from a family legacy, as I am a third-generation licensee in the field. Having been immersed in the industry from a young age, I became familiar and comfortable with its intricacies. The transition into real estate was a deliberate choice prompted by the realization that my previous career wasn’t going to give me the fulfilling life I desired.

 

Six years ago, I transitioned into a career in real estate. Despite facing many challenges, like running out of money after seven months with no sales, I continued to give it my all. I even spent my last dollars on training classes.

Once I achieved my first closing, I consistently had success in my transactions, propelling me toward my current position. After a year of having my license, I founded my team, which is a testament to my leadership capabilities in the industry.

 

My most significant achievement thus far is the establishment of my team! I’m very passionate about coaching and empowering agents to cultivate thriving careers within the field of real estate.

 

The interesting aspect of Tampa is the sense of a bigger city with a small-town ambiance. Which I find draws the abundance of individuals seeking the perfect balance of urban amenities and community charm. Furthermore, it fuels the continuous growth in investment opportunities and new development. Additionally, Tampa’s favorable climate, sports scene, and entertainment attract residents and visitors alike who seek an elevated lifestyle in this prime real estate destination.
